The interesting homes are considered part of the Eastlake & Queen Anne style. Built by real estate developer and city councilman, Daniel Innes, the Charmed house location in real life is called the Innes House.
How many event spaces or rooms does your venue offer?
The rental fee ranges from $1,250 to $2,500 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $750 to $1,000. Wedding ceremony only time slot can only be booked within a 6-month time frame, if an evening reception or combo has not already been booked.

The Book of Shadows is a family spellbook filled with all the essentials of witchcraft. The manor has been in the Warren line for four generations. The Book of Shadows includes spells, incantations, instructions for potions, & everything in between. There are even some Book of Shadow Replica books out there. The tv show received a cult following of people who enjoy watching the episodes to this day. Los Angeles has literally thousands of things you can potentially do, so this is just something to do if you have extra time or are a Charmed fan.
Wedding ceremony
The indoor seating capacity of the Piper Palm House is a comfortable 150 with use of the provided round tables and chairs. Outside the front doors, visitors can enjoy the newly refurbished Stupp Plaza, which overlooks beautifully landscaped lily ponds. Hosts can welcome more guests with combined use of the building and plaza. The recently enhanced carriage service can be combined with a Piper Palm House event for an enjoyable and unusual treat. Using his own funds to establish Tower Grove Park in St. Louis, Henry Shaw commissioned the Piper Palm House as a greenhouse for the park's collection of tropical plants, such as palms and orange trees. Situated within an open air plaza that looks out onto the historic waterlily ponds, the conservatory-style building features huge windows and an atrium ceiling that allows considerable light to enter.

Lining the perimeter of the event space are several marble busts originally owned by Henry Shaw, now covered in the Piper Palm house protected from any further weathering. Henry Shaw, philanthropist and donor of land to Tower Grove Park, believed that sculpture also had an important place in public parks. A nod to St. Louis’s unique history makes this the perfect location for those with a true passion for this city, as this is altogether the most historically significant building in Tower Grove Park.
